The ability to upgrade coffee is the perfect example of Silocaf's expertise.  Our regular operations include screening the coffee beans by size and sorting by color and gravity, a process which helps our technicians to achieve higher quality coffee.

In every aspect of our operation, Silocaf counts quality as the No.1 concern.  A specially equipped, in-house laboratory enables our experienced technicians to cup test all coffees offered for processing and to advise clients about the upgrade or "repair" potential for each product.  We always remember that the coffee we are processing is the driving goal of our Quality Assurance Department.  We achieve that goal daily, as we strive to create a perfect coffee that meets our clients' needs.
